Primary Responsibilities:
- Under direct supervision, conduct timely investigations on suspected and/or known fraudulent claims.
- Collaborate with various levels of loss prevention and law enforcement.
- Document accurate fraudulent case activity and provide timely updates to management.
- Maintain account records and document all accounts in a clear, detailed, professional manner.
- Professionally correspond with internal and external contacts through various management levels.
- Meet with law enforcement and circuit court representatives when necessary.
- Reports Conducting Surveillance (Fixed/Mobile)
- Obtaining Videotaped Documentation of Subjects
- Conducting Background/Activity Checks, and Courthouse Research
- Written and Recorded Statements
- Writing Investigative Reports
Qualified Candidates Must Possess:
- A Private Investigator License, Registration, or Eligibility for Licensing / Registration.
- A Clean Criminal History.
- A valid state issued driver’s license and good driving record.
- Strong working knowledge of computers.
- The ability to travel.
- Insurance claims investigation experience
- Flexibility to work varied, irregular schedules
- Attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Reliable vehicle
- Computer with windows operating system with high speed internet (cable,dsl)
- Video camera
