Primary Responsibilities:

  • Under direct supervision, conduct timely investigations on suspected and/or known fraudulent claims.
  • Collaborate with various levels of loss prevention and law enforcement.
  • Document accurate fraudulent case activity and provide timely updates to management.
  • Maintain account records and document all accounts in a clear, detailed, professional manner.
  •  Professionally correspond with internal and external contacts through various management levels.
  • Meet with law enforcement and circuit court representatives when necessary.
  • Reports Conducting Surveillance (Fixed/Mobile)
  • Obtaining Videotaped Documentation of Subjects
  • Conducting Background/Activity Checks, and Courthouse Research
  • Written and Recorded Statements
  • Writing Investigative Reports

Qualified Candidates Must Possess:

  • A Private Investigator License, Registration, or Eligibility for Licensing / Registration.
  • A Clean Criminal History.
  • A valid state issued driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Strong working knowledge of computers.
  • The ability to travel.
  • Insurance claims investigation experience
  • Flexibility to work varied, irregular schedules
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Computer with windows operating system with high speed internet (cable,dsl)
  • Video camera
